Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice...

Remember that old childhood poem?

In this case, it's pretty close to true.

This little girl does seem to be

made of sugar and spice.

However, I can hardly believe

she is four! 

 Kids grow up much too fast.

And that's all the more reason we should

capture memories of their childhood.

And cherish every moment we

have with them.

Crazy Color!

Sometimes a little color

makes a wall portrait pop!

Don't you just love these?

 I can imagine them hanging in a brightly

colored toddler room or nursery!

The Thompson Children

 These are the Thompson Children!

Such sweet happy kids!

I hope I captured each of their personalities!

 This is Skylie, the pretty one!

She's always got her hair done and she

always looks her best!

 This is Titan, the caring one!

Titan cares deeply for others and would

heal the world of all hurts if only he could.

 This is Bravyn, the adventurous one!

Someone forgot to tell him he was little

so he's always done whatever the

bigger kids are doing. I don't think

he's afraid of anything!

And this is River, the

Momma's Boy!

Of course.... he's the baby,

so he'll probably outgrow that

someday. Until then, his

Mom will just enjoy it.

Anyway.... aren't they all just

super sweet?

A Fun Photo Session

 When I saw Joycelyn's cute little

onsie I decided to pull this

toy out for a playful, fun

photo session!

 It was great!

It kept Joycelyn happy

and added color!

 Isn't she a precious little thing?

We got lots of cute shots

 This is Qynn!

 He's sweet and adorable, but he does

not like to sit still to take pictures.

Throwing rocks in the fountain or

looking for frogs in the pond are

much more fun!

Boys just like to have fun.

I try to keep children's outdoor sessions

moving and choosing fun locations

helps as well. I think we got some

great shots of Caleb!
