Melanie's Maternity Session

Melanie and her husband Bret, met me in the park for their maternity pictures!

I think this one is my favorite. And it's the only picture I thought I would prefer in black & white. This is another one of my favorites. I like the way Bret is looking at Melanie, here. His expression shows loving concern... something that's sort of hard to capture in a photograph, but can't you see it? It's priceless!And here it is again!

It's obvious that this man loves his wife and his unborn child.

Not only does he love them, he loves them with that complete and unconditional love that make marriages work and families stick together.

And Baby Landon can feel that love!After all, he's surrounded in it!

Wouldn't it be a wonderful world if all babies could be brought into such loving family situations!

And this pose was his Daddy's idea! It's really cute, isn't it?

Gina's Maternity Session

Gina came in for a maternity session and wanted to wear her husband's uniform!We also used his dog tags, which Baby Aubrey could feel. She let us know she could feel them by trying to kick them off of Momma's tummy! The dog tags are fairly light and not that big, so Aubrey must have a great sense of touch! She'll probably love cuddling!And that will be quite all right. As you can see her Mommy is already in love with her, so she's going to have lots of opportunites to snuggle!Isn't Gina beautiful pregnant?Her husband Jordan and her daughter Lenae came in for pictures, too! I'll post pictures of Lenae soon. She's such a cutie, I think she needs a post of her own!And her is Aubrey's name written in blocks on Gina's pooched out tummy! When Gina lays flat her belly isn't quite round enough for this shot, so I had her pooch it outa little. Pooched out it is quite perfect, don't you think?

Jennifer's Maternity Session

Jennifer came in last Friday evening for maternity pictures. She had requested the white backdrop and the white scarf rather thhan the black one I normally use. I like black because it give me such a dramatic effect... but I'm finding I like the dreamy look of the white, too!Isn't she beautiful?

I find it hard to believe that she already has four kids!

She could easily pass for a first time Mom!

She doesn't know yet whether this baby is a boy or a girl.

But, she's doing his or her nursery in rubber duckies, so we did a few pictures with this little rubber duckie to match.

It's Been An Exciting Year for Millie!

Remember Millie?

If you follow my blog you should be getting pretty familiar with her.

I did her engagement pictures about a year ago.

And then, I did her bridals! And - I have to say, this one is just stunning!

I love the playful, carefree look of this one, too!

And then - I did her wedding photos!

Millie and Ryan were married on July 10, 2010.

Braylon was her Ring Bearer and he did a wonderful job!

The wedding was perfect!

Millie and Ryan were united in marriage and off they went on their honeymoon!

And - early this year, Millie came in for Maternity Pictures!

She's just as beautiful as a Mother To Be as she was as a Bride!

Oh.... the Anticipation!

Who will he look like?

Will he be healthy?

Will he be cute?

Yes, Yes, and Yes!

I'm not sure who he looks like, but whoever it is, they must be gorgeous!

He kind of reminds me of his Daddy, here!

And he looks like his Momma, here!

So, I'm not sure who he looks like. But, he sure is BEAUTIFUL!

Millie's Maternity Pictures

Remember Millie?

I did her bridals last year and her wedding in July! She was a beautiful bride! And now, she's a beautiful mommy-to-be!

I think her baby boy is due exactly nine months after her wedding!

And it won't be long before I'll be taking his pictures!

I think this one is my favorite!

Brandy & Andrew's Maternity Session

Andrew is an artist and Brandy has a great appreciation for art..... so I tried to do an "artsy" maternity session. I used low key, dramatic lighting and converted most of the photos to black and white!

Of course, we did them in color, also. I just prefer them in black & white, so that is what I am posting.

Isn't this one BEAUTIFUL?

I kind of like the selective color, here, too!

And - I am super excited about this baby! She is my second grandchild and she is due in early February! Just one month from today!

Brandy and Andrew are going to be amazing parents! They are so much in loved and so thrilled to be having this baby.

I have a feeling January will seem like one long, slooooooow month!

But once this little girl makes her appearance, it will be worth it all! And I'll be posting newborn pictures!
