Lindsay & Bryan's Christmas Pictures

Sunday evening, I did Christmas Pictures for Lindsay and Bryan! While I was editing I thought I'd play around and make a card. I actually saved it as a template, so I can change papers, pictures and embellishments and use the same layout to create multiple cards. I plan to play around and make many more templates before the Christmas season is over.


Here I liked the subtle reflection in the water!

And I really liked this shot of Lindsay. She has such a beautiful smile!

I liked this one for the color! Can you even tell that it's mid-November? It almost looks like spring. It does FEEL like November, though. It was pretty chilly out.

I liked the sunset color on the water here.

Aren't the cheer leaders just precious? They were really sweet little girls, too! I think every single one of them was patient and polite.

Fall is for FOOTBALL!

Fall is a busy sports season. For the most part we shoot football and since football teams require more players than other teams they tend to be larger. But, we are also doing our share of soccer and cheer leading.
We did pictures for Almor West last Friday. We've worked with their coach for years and was happy to see that he was still coaching the team, even after his own son moved on to middle school.

If you're a regular reader of my blog, you probably recognize the coach - Robert Newport. I did family portraits for him and his wife recently and they were featured on my blog.

The Newport Family

This is the Newport Family!

I've done pictures for them for years, but up until now they have always been sports photos. Robert coaches, Reed plays football, basketball and baseball and is now into wrestling. And Abby has played baseball and basketball and she's now into cheerleading.



For family photos they chose The Mattie Beal Home for the location because that is where Robert and Alicia were married.

I've really enjoyed watching these kids grow up.
