Childhood Innocence....
I love the fact that they live life for all it's worth. They're enthusiastic! And they know how to enjoy themselves.
I met this little guy while I was walking back to my car after Lindsay & Bryan's Christmas session and he asked me to take his picture.
Isn't he cute?
In the short time that I spent with him, I learned that he's smart, resourceful and he loves life. He's a Nana's boy! And he's precious!

Looking Forward to CHRISTmas!
I am really looking forward to Christmas this year! I know it's early, but it's going to be the best Christmas I've had in a long, long time!
Those of you who have immediate family members in the military, will completely understand!
In 2008, I spend Christmas in Okinawa, Japan! It was a wonderful, happy time! I left early on the morning of Thanksgiving and went to be with my daughter and her husband while they welcomed Little Miss Grace into the world. She was born December 10th and I was thrilled to have her. I got to enjoy her first Christmas, and it was exciting. But, I missed being with my husband and my three sons.
In 2009, I went to Japan to celebrate Grace's 1st Birthday. It was a happy and exciting time. We made a cake and went to the zoo for a party. I took lots of pictures. And then, I flew back to Oklahoma for Christmas. I was happy to be home and to be able to spend the holiday with my husband and three sons, but I missed being with Heather, Dustin and Grace! On March 9, 2010, Andrew got married to Brandy, so I have a new daughter in law this year AND Heather, Dustin and Grace have moved back to Oklahoma! So, I am looking forward to spending Christmas with ALL of my kids and Grace!
And Christmas in 2011 will even be BETTER!
Andrew & Brandy are expecting a little girl in February!
Heather & Dustin are expecting a little girl in March!
And by Christmas they should both be big enough to enjoy the excitement of the season!
Life is so full of blessings! Just when I begin to think that it can't get any better, I come to realize that there will be so much more to come.

Lindsay & Bryan's Christmas Pictures
Sunday evening, I did Christmas Pictures for Lindsay and Bryan! While I was editing I thought I'd play around and make a card. I actually saved it as a template, so I can change papers, pictures and embellishments and use the same layout to create multiple cards. I plan to play around and make many more templates before the Christmas season is over.
Here I liked the subtle reflection in the water!
And I really liked this shot of Lindsay. She has such a beautiful smile!
I liked this one for the color! Can you even tell that it's mid-November? It almost looks like spring. It does FEEL like November, though. It was pretty chilly out.And really, I got a lot of good shots. To see more from Lindsay and Bryan's Christmas session, you can go HERE
